Job summary

Northeast Delta Human Services Authority is seeking a licensed clinical social worker to lead development and implementation of advanced, individualized case management and treatment plans in Ruston, LA. You will collaborate with a treatment team to deliver high-quality behavioral health care and crisis intervention when needed.

The role requires an MSW and an active Louisiana LCSW license, plus at least three years of social services experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Louisiana LCSW license.
• Master's degree in social work with at least 3 years of social services experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of advanced, individualized case management and treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing therapy, including crisis intervention, to individuals and families.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage clinical treatment services for complex behavioral health cases.
• Complete initial biopsychosocial assessments, annual reassessments, ASIs, and required screening tools per LDH guidelines.
