Job summary

TeamHealth seeks a licensed psychotherapist to deliver individual psychotherapy and clinical assessments in post-acute and long-term care settings.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions, with no nights or weekends and flexible onsite/remote documentation. Georgia licensure is required, with experience in older adults preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Georgia state license as LPC or LMFT.
• LCSW not considered at this time.
• Eligible for independent practice and billing.
• 6 months of experience as a psychotherapist.
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy.
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss, and life transitions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings.
• Coverage area includes Atlanta, Stone Mountain, Lawrenceville, and Flowery Branch, Georgia.
