Job summary

TeamHealth in Texas is seeking a licensed psychotherapist to join our clinician-led team delivering care in post-acute settings. You will provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy to older adults, with no nights or weekends.

Active Texas LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure plus at least 6 months of psychotherapy experience are required. Independent practice and billing eligibility, remote documentation support, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas license as LPC, LCSW or LMFT.
• Eligible for independent practice and billing.
• 6 months experience as a psychotherapist.
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy.
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss and life transitions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings.
• Onsite patient care with remote documentation.
