Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Georgia state license as LPC or LMFT.
• 6 months of experience as a psychotherapist.
• Eligible for independent practice and billing.
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy.
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings.
• Onsite patient care with remote documentation.
• Coverage area includes Warrenton and Sparta, Georgia.
