Pioneer Human Services is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician IV in Washington to deliver evidence-based mental health and behavioral health services. You will provide counseling, case management, and community support aligned with each client’s plan, and collaborate with a network of providers.

Qualified candidates hold a relevant master’s degree and current licensure, with experience supervising interns. A strong commitment to equity, safety, and professional ethics is essential.

Formación

• Master’s Degree in mental health, behavioral health, or related human services field.
• Must possess current mental health clinical licensure (LMHC, LMFT, LASW, LICSW).
• 2 years’ experience post Master’s Degree in order to provide clinical supervision to interns.

Responsabilidades

• Provides evidence-based mental health and psychosocial interventions through case management and group facilitation.
• Diagnoses mental health conditions and/or substance use disorders per DSM-5/ASAM.
• Collaborates with other Pioneer providers and community partners.
• Provides services per Individual Service Plan and program policies.

Educación

Master’s Degree in mental health, behavioral health, or related human services field

Current mental health clinical licensure (LMHC, LMFT, LASW, LICSW)
