Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree in mental health, behavioral health, or related field.
• Must possess a current mental health associate license (LMHCA/LMFT A/LSWAA/LSWAIC) or an Agency Affiliated Counselor.
• Must obtain AAC credential within 60 days of hire.
• Must meet driver and TB test requirements as applicable.
• Ongoing training toward licensure and adherence to WAC/RCW requirements.

Aufgaben

• Provide evidence-based mental health and psychosocial interventions per the client’s ISP.
• Diagnose mental health conditions or substance use disorders per DSM-5 and ASAM requirements.
• Collaborate with Pioneer clinicians and community partners for client care.
• Document observations in daily notes according to policy.
• Participate in agency supervision toward licensure and ongoing training.
