The position requires a Master’s degree in a related field and a current mental health associate license (LMHCA/LMFTA/LSWAA/LSWAIC) or Agency Affiliated Counselor status, with supervision

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in mental health, behavioral health, or related human services field with curriculum related to counseling and psychology.

Responsibilities

• Provides evidence-based mental health and psychosocial interventions through case management and group facilitation.
• Diagnoses mental health conditions and/or substance use disorders per DSM-5 and ASAM.
• Collaborates with other Pioneer providers and community partners.
• Documents observations in daily notes per policy and maintains professional boundaries.
• Assists first responders as needed.
• Attends meetings and communicates to plan delivery of services.
