Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a skilled Mental Health Program professional to lead clinical operations across our behavioral health program. The role emphasizes supervision of outpatient providers, adherence to WAC/DOH/TJC standards, and collaboration with the Regional Director to ensure high-quality care for Sea Mar patients.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Social Science or Social Service, a licensed or eligible Mental Health Professional, and at least five years’

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant social service field is required.
• Licensed status as a Mental Health Professional or eligibility is required/strongly preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in the field, with some administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient evaluations, assessments, and psychotherapy to individuals and families.
• Provide supervision to mental health and chemical dependency staff; ensure program compliance.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and ensure data integrity across systems.

Education

Master’s degree in the Social Science or Social Service field

Mental Health Professional license (LMHC/ CDP/ LMFT/ LICSW) or eligible/licensed equivalent
