Job summary

Axis Health System is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor in Durango, CO. You will supervise clinical staff, provide direct care, and help design care plans for clients in line with policies and directives.

The role requires a master’s degree in a recognized mental health field and Colorado licensure or eligibility, with at least five years of post-graduate experience and two years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a recognized mental health profession and licensure in Colorado or eligible.
• Minimum five years of post-graduate clinical experience in healthcare.
• At least two years of supervisory experience; LAC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical supervision to assigned staff.
• Deliver direct clinical care and contribute to care plan design and implementation.
• Collaborate with the program team to ensure policies and directives are followed.
• Coordinate treatment approaches and serve as center expert on policy and programming.
• Travel between Axis Health System locations as needed.
