Bristol Health in Connecticut is seeking a dedicated CNA/PCA to provide patient-focused care under RN supervision. You will assist with bathing, feeding, mobility, and vital signs while maintaining safety and dignity for each patient.

The role requires a CNA certification in CT, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year in long-term care or behavioral health, with strong communication and teamwork. A comprehensive benefits package supports health, finances, and work-life balance.

Formación

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid CNA Certification in the State of Connecticut.
• Must hold a valid CPR w/BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in long term care and/or behavioral health.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct care to patients under supervision/direction of the RN.
• Performs tasks using a patient-centered model, including bathing, ambulation, feeding, toileting, and vital signs.
• Conducts safety checks and maintains continuous observation of patients.
• Demonstrates computer skills for charting and data entry; documents care provided.
• Works as a compassionate team member and communicates clearly with patients and staff.
