Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning in Connecticut is seeking a Senior Behavior Therapist to join our ALL Academy team in Naugatuck. You will support students with social, behavioral, and academic needs within a compassionate, collaborative program.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a salary of $40,000–$50,000 per year, full benefits, and growth opportunities in a mission-driven environment dedicated to helping neurodiverse individuals thrive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Experience with individuals with autism or behavioral needs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement student education and behavioral programs under supervision.
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBA, and therapists to support student goals.
• Assist in monitoring and supporting students during activities and routines.
