• Bachelor's degree in psychology , Child Development, or related field required . Enrolled in Master's Program in ABA preferred.
• Prior ABA experience required , with at least 1 year working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
• Comfortable interacting with children and implementing physical intervention strategies if necessary, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Capable of working with children who display behavior problems, utilizing effective strategies to address interfering behaviors.
• Understanding proper professional and communication boundaries in interactions with families and supervisors, maintaining professionalism.
• Openness to accepting and implementing feedback from supervisors, contributing to program development, modification, and report writing as a ppropriate .
