Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in education, psychology, social work, or related field with emphasis on behavioral support.
• 5+ years delivering services to individuals with ASD, IDD, and dual diagnosis.
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments (Vineland, Vanderbilt).

Responsibilities

• Assess capacity and needs of individuals residing at the center.
• Conduct behavioral assessments (Vineland, Vanderbilt).
• Develop and implement treatment plans and maintain detailed records.
• Develop, implement and monitor behavioral plans with instructional and behavioral support.
• Analyze behaviors to identify triggers, frequency, and consequences.
• Facilitate skill-building sessions for social, self-care and life skills.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (psychiatry, PSS, RSA/RSAT, PSD, FD, CDS).
• Support transition of individuals from the state center to the community.
