Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be eligible for licensure.
• Background check, TB test, and pre-employment exam required.
• Immunities to MMR/VZV during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision of Behavior Technicians with fidelity to treatment plans.
• Develop ABA programs and conduct FBAs to meet client goals.
• Provide parent education and case problem solving.
• Support with telehealth and in-home supervision as needed.
