Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a BCBA for a hybrid supervisory role, overseeing in-home, school, and center-based ABA services. The position emphasizes mentorship, treatment fidelity, and leadership across a team of BCBAs.

You will participate in comprehensive onboarding, ongoing CEUs, and research opportunities, with strong support from Clinical Development and access to CASP/CEU resources. Expect flexible, at-will employment and career growth.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification as required by BACB.
• Active LBA Certification in North Carolina as issued by the NC Behavior Analyst Licensure Board.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Behavior Technicians, ensuring fidelity to treatment plans.
• Conduct FBAs and develop ABA programs with client education and problem solving.
• Maintain calm, professional approach and promote growth and collaboration.
