Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Sr. Assortment Planner to generate and analyze data for a multi-million-dollar category, focusing on assortment and space optimization.

You will revise tier targets, develop financial views, and use space productivity metrics to guide decisions. Reports to AVP, Merchandise Planning & Allocation. The role requires strong analytics, collaboration with space planning and merchants, and a track record in driving inventory efficiency and markdown avoidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in merchandise or centralized planning.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Expert command of retail finance concepts and applications.
• Strong statistical analysis and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, prioritizing and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
• Strong system skills capabilities and proficiency in Data Warehouse.
• Bachelor’s degree in business related field.

Responsabilités

• Generate and analyze statistical data on a multi-million-dollar category with emphasis on assortment and space optimization.
• Revise tier/segment targets for a merchandise area to support critical business initiatives and budget objectives.
• Develop a financial view of recommended style and choice count by tier, classification and attribute.
• Utilize space productivity measurements to drive assortment decisions.
• Partner with space planning on productivity benchmarks and assortment associations.
• Coordinate with merchants to align financial recommendations with visual impression.
• Develop and maintain financial benchmarks of style/choice productivity by category and class.
• Analyze store tier information and make recommendations by store based on volume and space.
