Senior Beauty Advisor

Reports to: Store Manager, Assistant Manager

Supervises: Non-Supervisory

Salary: $19/hr + Commission + Tips!

Primary Purpose

The Senior Beauty Advisor has prior experience in beauty, personal care, cosmetology, esthetics, or retail roles with other beauty brands. This position plays a key role in our team, using extensive skincare expertise to drive sales, ensure excellent customer experiences, and foster a culture of excellence. The role is vital for achieving store sales goals and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive store sales through in-depth skincare knowledge and customer engagement.
  2. Demonstrate expertise in skincare products to improve team proficiency.
  3. Set sales goals, track performance, and contribute to store productivity.
  4. Support and mentor team members to excel in sales and service.
  5. Train new associates for a knowledgeable workforce.
  6. Ensure smooth transactions for a seamless customer experience.
  7. Travel between Las Vegas locations as needed.
  8. Maintain schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays, mainly working 12 pm - 8 pm shifts.
