Butterfly Effects is a BCBA-led ABA therapy provider seeking a licensed BCBA to lead and supervise in a nationwide, family-centered practice. You will design treatment plans, supervise RBTs/BTs, and collaborate with therapists, educators, and clinicians to drive meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification from BACB required.
• Experience leading clinical teams and supervising staff.
• Passion for working with children and families affected by autism.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise RBTs/BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Perform functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Lead monthly caregiver training sessions to build family capacity.
• Coordinate care with therapists, educators, and other professionals.
