Job summary

A community service organization in Tilton, NH is looking for a Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and enhance autism services. You will work collaboratively with various teams to ensure best practices, conduct behavioral assessments, and provide staff training to promote the highest quality support for individuals with autism. Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required.
• 7 years relevant experience in a related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible management experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Administer behavioral assessments and techniques.
• Oversee implementation of behavioral treatment.
• Develop individualized goals for programs.
• Design behavior support plans.
• Ensure proper behavioral data systems are implemented.
• Train program staff on behavior programs.
