CABA (The Center for Applied Behavior Analysis) is seeking a BCBA-certified clinician to provide clinical oversight for a caseload of 8-12 clients, with real-time supervision and collaborative decision-making. The role emphasizes ethical, client-centered care and structured support through our BOSS program.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Completion of the 8-hour supervision training.
• 3+ years experience working with autism or related developmental diagnoses.
• Comfort with adult clients and individuals with complex behavioral needs.
• Experience with severe behaviors preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Three professional and two personal references.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for 8-12 clients on average, with time built in for treatment integrity, data review, and supervision.
• Support RBTs directly in-session, with a focus on skill-building, feedback, and collaboration.
• Conduct assessments, guide programming, and make data-driven decisions without sacrificing clinical standards for speed.
• Lead caregiver training and coordinate with schools, physicians, and other providers as needed.
• Participate in peer reviews, mentorship opportunities, and, if desired, clinical research projects.
