Job summary

Center for Applied Behavior Analysis (CABA) is looking for a BCBA to provide clinical oversight for a caseload of 8-12 clients, supervise RBTs in-session, and lead caregiver training while coordinating with schools and physicians. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and collaboration with a clinical leadership team.

Most work will be in person with potential opportunities for remote or hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• 3+ years experience with autism or related developmental diagnoses.
• Completion of the 8-hour supervision training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for 8-12 clients on average.
• Support RBTs directly in-session for skill-building and feedback.
• Lead caregiver training and coordinate with schools and physicians.
• Conduct assessments and guide programming with data-driven decisions.
• Participate in peer reviews and research projects.
