Job summary

AWARE is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Great Falls, MT. This full-time position starts at $70,000 per year and offers competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

The ideal candidate will hold BCBA certification, have an advanced degree in psychology or a related field, and at least five years of direct ABA experience. A valid Montana driver's license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Maintain professional license/certification as required by governing boards.
• Advanced degree in psychology or related field with relevant supervisory credentials.
• At least five years of direct work experience in ABA or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop materials and provide professional learning in ABA and related methodologies.
• Plan and oversee ABA program development and implementation for clients with ASD.
• Provide behavioral assessments and design behavior plans.
• Train staff on ABA programs and behavior support strategies.
• Manage a caseload and travel within the assigned area to deliver services.
• Document notes, assessments, referrals, and data entries in the EHR system.
