Qualifications

• BCBA license or certification required.
• Advanced degree in psychology/social work or related field.
• Valid Montana driver’s license may be required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Develop ABA-based materials and provide professional learning.
• Plan and oversee ABA program development for clients with ASD and disabilities.
• Provide behavioral assessments and support staff with behavior plans.
• Train staff on ABA methods and program implementation.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and training across clients.
• Maintain records and coordinate with management on policies and training.
