Job summary

Lighthouse Neurofeedback & Behavioral Health in Longmont, CO is seeking a Doctoral-Level Clinical Director ( BCBA-D preferred ) to serve as the highest clinical authority. This senior role leads clinical oversight, treatment integrity, and program development across the organization.

You will shape care delivery, define clinical excellence, supervise BCBAs and staff, maintain ethics, and ensure services meet evidence-based standards in ABA and behavioral health, with a small caseload (0–3).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification with BCBA-D strongly preferred.
• 10–15+ years of clinical leadership experience in ABA or behavioral health.
• Senior clinical leadership or multi-clinician oversight experience.
• Strong governance, ethics, and evidence-based practice knowledge.
• Ability to work fully in-person in Longmont, CO.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical operations and treatment integrity across the organization.
• Serve as the highest level of clinical decision-maker for ABA services.
• Develop, implement, and refine clinical protocols and standards.
• Supervise and mentor BCBAs and clinical staff.
• Evaluate clinical appropriateness of services and approve complex cases.
• Lead clinical training systems and advanced staff development.
• Ensure ethical compliance and alignment with best practices in ABA and behavioral health.
• Collaborate with operational leadership to align clinical systems with organizational goals.
• Carry a minimal caseload (0–3 clients) focused on high-complexity and strategic cases.
