Job summary

Autism Spectrum Connection (ASC) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to oversee supervision with a manageable caseload and ensure high-quality ABA services across the Inland Empire, Orange County and High Desert regions.

The role emphasizes mentorship, collaboration with families, and ethical practice; ASC offers a values-driven, inclusive culture with day-one PTO and strong benefits. A 15-minute intro conversation is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disorders across ages.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
• Provide direct supervision, training, and mentorship to behavior consultants and therapists.

• Utilize both Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET) methodologies.

• Support the ongoing professional development of team members through training and direct instruction.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

• Strong skills in behavior management, instructional strategies, communication, organization, and interpersonal relations.

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disorders across different ages and functionality levels.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 base, plus quarterly incentive bonuses
