Job summary

ABC is seeking a leader to guide the clinical team delivering ABA therapy. You will oversee assessments, develop treatment plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and train staff in evidence-based practices.

You’ll work with families and professionals to ensure compassionate, comprehensive care while advancing a culture of teamwork and growth. The role includes mentorship bonuses, relocation options, a strong compensation package up to $127,000, and a remote-work benefit with up to 3 days

Qualifications

• Continuing Education: 10+ CEUs per year in-house with extra funds and paid days off.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.
• Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
• Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
