Job summary

ABC is seeking a Center Leader to manage the clinical team delivering high‑quality ABA therapy and oversee patient assessments and treatment planning. You will ensure regulatory compliance and provide staff training, coaching, and clinical guidance to foster growth and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.
• Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
• Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
