Job summary

ABC is seeking a leader to head the clinical team delivering ABA therapy, overseeing assessments and individualized plans. You will ensure regulatory compliance and guide staff in best practices while fostering a culture of compassionate care.

You will mentor clinicians, coordinate with families, and participate in leadership tracks from BCBA to Sr. Clinical Director, with strong growth opportunities and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Continuing Education: minimum 10+ free CEUs per year in-house with funds for additional training and 2 paid CEU days.
