Job summary

The State of Colorado, Pueblo Regional Center, seeks a BCBA-certified professional to provide evidence-based behavioral services. You will conduct FBA, write BIPs, supervise DSPs/IDTs, analyze data, and guide treatment planning in collaboration with the Medical team and Human Rights Committee.

Some travel to remote sites may be required. Requirements include BCBA certification or active BACB sequence enrollment and a minimum of eight years of related experience, or an equivalent mix of education

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or active enrollment in BACB sequence.
• Eight years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
• Provide supervision and training to Direct Support Professionals and IDT members.
• Analyze data, monitor programs, and guide clinical decisions.
• Consult with Medical team, HRC, IDT, and OT/dartment staff; may appear in ILD hearings.
• Deliver agency-wide training and participate in relevant meetings.
