• BCBA certification or active enrollment in BACB sequence; able to sit exam within 1 year
• Eight years of relevant experience in related field
• Combination of education and relevant experience equal to eight years

Responsibilities

• Assessment and Behavior Plan Development and Writing: conduct FBA and develop Behavior Intervention Plans under IDT
• Behavior Services Supervision and Training: provide supervision and guidance to DSPs and supervise trainees
• Data Analysis: collect, graph, and interpret data from behavior programs
• Clinical Consultation and Team Meetings: consult with PRC teams and participate in CST, HRC, and IDT meetings
