Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification, CPR certification, and Mandated Reporter Training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs, BTs, and field students; oversee program implementation.
• Lead ABA training using DTT and natural environment teaching methods.
• Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans and assess functional analyses.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to direct support professionals.
