Job summary

A trusted autism support center in Matteson, Illinois is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism. This role requires collaboration with RBTs, families, and professionals to ensure client progress. Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification through the BACB.
• State licensure (if applicable) and in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year experience in designing ABA treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans and interventions.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
• Train staff and parents on ABA strategies.
• Monitor treatment fidelity and client progress.
