Corient is seeking a seasoned BC/DR and information security professional to lead the enterprise program in Illinois. You will drive BIA, RA, COOP activities, coordinate DRP testing, and ensure resilience across critical SaaS dependencies.

Responsibilities include enhancing security governance, policy alignment with NIST/ISO, and risk assessment across vendors, with a strong emphasis on communicating in English at all levels. This is an onsite role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred (CBCP, MBCP, MBCI, FBCI).
• 3–6+ years’ experience in cybersecurity, GRC, and/or BC/DR roles, ideally within financial services.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking; able to organize work clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and ongoing improvement of the enterprise BC/DR program.
• Perform BIA, RA, and COOP analyses; align RTO/RPO with business impact.
• Coordinate DRP testing and exercises; ensure SaaS dependencies resilience.
• Enhance information security governance and policy alignment with standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and third-party oversight; drive remediation.
• Promote a security‑first culture across the organization.
