Job summary

KBR Careers is seeking a Senior Battlespace Awareness Operator in Springfield, Virginia. This role is critical in managing national security operations, leading teams during high-stakes events, and overseeing mission protection. You will be responsible for coordinating across operations centers, ensuring situational awareness, and providing decision-support products to senior stakeholders.

Successful candidates will have a Master's degree (or relevant experience) and a TS/SCI clearance, with skills in space domain awareness and operational leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 11 years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience or 14 years of experience without a degree.
• Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
• Expertise in coordinating time-sensitive operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations during critical events and ensure timely execution.
• Oversee database integrity for high-interest objects.
• Deliver executive-level briefings ensuring accuracy.
