Actalent in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the design, development, and documentation of Lithium-Ion battery systems for motive power applications. You will own product development from concept through production release in a fast-growing energy storage industry.

This onsite role requires SolidWorks expertise, PDM, BOM management, and strong cross-functional collaboration with electrical, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop Lithium-Ion battery products and enclosures.
• Create detailed drawings, 3D models, BOMs, and documentation.
• Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis and apply design fundamentals.
• Support vendor development and manufacturing processes.
• Lead design reviews and product validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
