Job summary

Saft is seeking a Systems Engineer with a strong electrical background to define, implement and validate advanced battery system architectures. You will drive requirements, interfaces, power conversion integration and verification across early prototypes to readiness, contributing hands-on electrical design and system-level leadership.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, taking ownership from definition to execution in an early-stage development context, while aligning with safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in complex product development with hands-on electrical or systems design.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead system requirements, architectures and interface specifications.
• Define technical roadmaps and progress prototypes toward industrialized solutions.
• Coordinate verification, validation and integration across hardware, software and control systems.
• Interface with teams in Cockeysville and Bordeaux and provide technical leadership.
