NineDot Energy in New York is seeking a Project Engineer to help bring battery energy storage projects from design through construction, translating goals into clear engineering scopes, technical requirements, and deliverables.

You will collaborate with external engineering firms, equipment suppliers, and utility partners, review drawings and specifications for accuracy, and coordinate across interfaces to ensure on-time, cost-effective, and high-quality project execution.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years in engineering, preferably in renewable energy or energy storage.
• Knowledge of battery storage systems and SCADA/controls.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Translate project goals into clear engineering scopes and deliverables.
• Coordinate with external firms, suppliers, and utilities to align designs.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, and equipment specifications for accuracy.
• Review system interfaces across battery equipment, inverters, distribution, and SCADA.
• Identify technical risks early and resolve issues affecting cost or schedule.
• Support interconnection, permitting, and design submissions.
