In this role, you will design vehicle electrical and electronics infrastructure, integrate battery-related software, and manage Battery Management and Charge Balance systems, ensuring proper parameter application.

Key Duties Include

• Project and team management: breaking down concepts, planning ECU development, coordinating with stakeholders, and reporting progress.
• Designing engineering specifications for electrical hardware and software, and conducting design reviews.
• Troubleshooting system issues through root cause analysis and solution development.
• Testing and verifying ECU hardware/software performance, ensuring electrical functionality, quality, and reliability.
• Proposing process improvements and managing documentation for multiple development projects.
• Collaborating with suppliers to align requirements and address issues.

Qualifications Include

• At least an associate degree in engineering or related STEM field; a Bachelor's is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant automotive industry experience.
• Strong communication, relationship management, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and pay close attention to detail.

Workstyle:

onsite with one remote day possible, approximately 10% travel, and flexibility for overtime. This position does not support visa sponsorship.
