Compensation ranges from $128,662 to $160,807 based on experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant industry or research experience OR a PhD.
• Hands-on practical experience with electrochemical systems.
• Expertise in failure prediction and investigation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in statistical experimental design.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze cell-level experiments for electrochemical performance.
• Champion safety during electrochemical testing.
• Investigate performance failures using root cause analysis.
• Lead continuous improvement in battery testing.
• Conduct durability testing on prototype cell packages.
• Partner with teams to identify and close performance gaps.
