Your role in our mission

Discover career satisfaction by design in this challenging position, where you will:

  • Head up workstreams to design, develop, test and install complex applications software that spans server, client and web components
  • Help guide closer connections between application architects and developers to ensure design requirements are accurate and deliver a solid ROI for clients
  • Show your skill at writing highly complex design, coding and testing documentation to create a technical product that meets client expectations
  • Perform vital development, domain, application design, web service and database methodologies, and best practices provided by the project advisor and/or architect
  • Serve as a technical consultant to senior management for complex projects — from modifying existing apps to designing new application modules and components
What we're looking for
  • 6+ years of applications development and programming experience withC, UNIX, LINUX, and SQL (ORACLE/SQL Server)
  • Must have at least 2+ years of Medicaid Claims/EDI Processing IT systems experience
  • Experience in system integration/OSB/MFT is a plus
  • Strong foundation in software and product design methodologies, and development and application implementation across the development life cycle
  • Skilled designer and programming programmer who is effective across programming languages and environments as needed
  • A demonstrated team player with the written and oral communication skills to be effective across application developers, clients and leadershipEffective leadership and motivational skills, as well as the ability to mentor individual contributors
What you should expect in this role
  • Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the United States
  • Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

The pay range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
