Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS required.
• 5+ years of related software engineering experience.
• Hands-on baseball experience preferred.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) preferred.
• Strong ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support engineers through solution design and implementation.
• Maintain hands-on technical ownership of key systems, driving design, development and long-term sustainability of departmental applications.
• Design, develop and maintain high-quality, readable, and maintainable code that promotes consistency and scalability.
• Evaluate, test, and integrate emerging tools and frameworks to improve performance and development efficiency.
