Ambient is looking for an experienced technician to lead the startup and commissioning of HVAC systems in Wilmington, Delaware. Successful candidates should have over 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC and Controls, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.

This role involves performing technical services, maintaining equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A strong background in training and supporting service teams is essential, along with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5 years of increasingly responsible experience in startup and servicing HVAC and Controls systems.
• Effective interpersonal skills to represent the company in a professional manner.
• Strong written skills and understanding of software applications relevant to the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead startup and commissioning of Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Review project documentation and coordinate with job-site personnel.
• Perform pre-power inspections and apply power to BAS controllers.
• Conduct owner training and maintain commissioning documentation.
• Execute warranty, service, and maintenance work on systems.
