Qualifications

• 5+ years of BAS/HVAC Controls field experience
• Experience with major BAS platforms (JCI, Siemens, Automated Logic, Honeywell, Distech, Trane, Schneider Electric, Delta Controls)
• Clean driving record and willingness to travel to project sites

Responsibilities

• Own controls projects from startup through closeout, including programming, graphics, communications, end-to-end testing and documentation of sequence-of-operations validation.
• Diagnose and repair DDC systems at customer sites; plan on-site work with the team lead.
• Keep customers confident their buildings run right through effective on-site execution and follow-up.

Job Details

You'll own controls projects from startup through closeout. That means programming, building graphics, establishing communications, testing end to end, and documenting point-to-point checks and sequence-of-operations validation. You'll also diagnose and repair DDC systems at customer sites, plan on-site work with your team lead, and keep customers confident their buildings run right.

MUST HAVE:

• 5+ years of BAS/HVAC Controls field experience
• Experience with one or more of the major BAS platforms (JCI, Siemens, Automated Logic, Honeywell, Distech, Trane, Schneider Electric, Delta Controls, or other)
• Clean driving record and willingness to travel to project sites

NICE TO HAVE:

• Tridium Niagara N4 experience and/or certification
• DDC
• Controller programming
• BACnet
