Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the Building Automation or commercial HVAC Controls space.
• Experience with JCI, Andover, or Delta Controls is essential.
• Knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems including Chillers, Boilers, and AHUs.

Responsibilities

• Operate control software and assist with project commissioning.
• Complete documentation and identify equipment deficiencies.
• Interpret floor plans and coordinate with electricians for compliance.

Skills

Experience in Building Automation

Knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems

Familiarity with BAS platforms

Programming skills in BAS/BMS

Education

BS in a related field
