Drury Plaza Hotel in Pigeon Forge, TN, is seeking an energetic bartender to open/close the bar, craft cocktails, and deliver guest-friendly service with a focus on hospitality. You’ll keep the bar clean and well-stocked while assisting guests and teammates in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• One year bartender experience required. Two+ years preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; two years of college preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Able to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle money and use cash registers/POS.
• Operate bar, kitchen, and related equipment as needed.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor with guests and team members.
• Open and close bar and manage supplies for cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the hotel bar following company policies.
• Maintain the bar area clean and organized while serving guests.
• Provide hospitable service that reflects the Drury culture.
