Job summary

You will execute store policies, maintain equipment, handle cash and inventory, and collaborate with the team to deliver a superior customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales through effective marketing and merchandising of products in the Department.
• Assist in supervision and direction of department personnel to ensure quality customer service.
• Delegate job assignments and responsibilities to associates in accordance with duty rosters.
• Order and maintain stock and supplies, monitor conditions and appearance of the department.
• Monitor code dates and product rotation, remove out-of-code products.
• Hold personnel accountable for their job assignments and responsibilities.
• Write department schedules and coordinate requests and business needs.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing specialty coffee beverages and whole bean sales.
• Maintain customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner.
• Present professional appearance and communicate clearly with customers and partners.
