Job summary

EisnerAmper, located in Minneapolis, is seeking a Bankruptcy and Restructuring Services Partner who will lead complex advisory engagements and help grow the practice. You will work alongside seasoned professionals and play a vital role in driving strategic outcomes for distressed companies and creditors.

The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong leadership skills, with opportunities in practice leadership.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in restructuring, turnaround, or insolvency advisory.
• Proven record leading complex engagements involving distressed companies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise on all aspects of the restructuring process.
• Manage cross-functional teams delivering services including financial analysis.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
