COA Network Inc seeks a veteran bankruptcy attorney to lead sophisticated Chapter 11 matters in Newark, NJ. You will advise on restructurings, debtor/creditor issues, and litigation strategy, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

The role requires 10+ years of complex bankruptcy experience, strong Chapter 11 background, and dual state bar admission (NJ, NY or eligibility within 12 months).

Formación

• 10+ years of experience representing clients in complex bankruptcy, restructuring, insolvency, and creditors9 rights matters.
• Deep Chapter 11 hands-on experience is essential for this position.
• Experience navigating sophisticated Chapter 11 proceedings and advising on complex restructuring strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Represent debtors, creditors, committees, trustees, lenders, and purchasers in Chapter 11 cases and related litigation.
• Advise on loan workouts, restructurings, UCC enforcement, creditor remedies, DIP financing, and related matters.
• Counsel public and private companies, financial institutions, and boards on restructuring strategies.
• Collaborate with the firm9s corporate, banking, litigation, real estate, and tax teams to deliver holistic client solutions.
