Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-approved law school with an active New York license in good standing.
• 3+ years of bankruptcy law experience with demonstrated expertise in chapter 7, chapter 11 and related insolvency matters.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with legal research platforms, case management systems and electronic document platforms preferred.
