Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of paralegal experience in bankruptcy and collections.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial collections and bankruptcy cases from inception through resolution.
• Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions and other litigation documents.
• E-filing for mostly state level with bankruptcy courts with some federal courts as well as word processing.
• Represent clients, including court hearings and trials, including responding to inquiries.
• Conduct legal research.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the best case outcome.
